Safety, Quality and Compliance

Updated: Jun 2, 2025

At The Warren Neurodiversity Service, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional safety, quality, and compliance throughout our care. Trust and safety are fundamental to effective support, and we strive to embed quality in every aspect of your experience.

We actively seek feedback to continuously enhance our services. Our commitment is to provide the best possible care, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance at all levels.

Clinical Governance

Clinical governance is at the heart of delivering high-quality healthcare services. Our clinicians are responsible for all aspects of the treatment they provide, supported by our central Clinical Governance Committee. This committee reviews performance data, client feedback, and outcome measures on a monthly basis to ensure we deliver safe and effective care. It also identifies areas for improvement and facilitates changes to enhance client experience.

Care Quality Commission (CQC)

Our service is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Treatment Commitment

We are committed to supporting individuals to live happier and more fulfilling lives. We will only recommend treatment if we believe it will be beneficial.

If we determine that more intensive support is needed than we can provide in an outpatient setting, we will explain this clearly and assist you in finding a suitable alternative provider.

Our Clinicians

We take great care in selecting our clinicians. All are highly experienced, compassionate, and focused on achieving the best possible outcomes. Our selection process includes enhanced DBS checks, reference verification, and registration with professional bodies.

All clinicians are accredited with or members of relevant professional organisations, including:

• British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP)

• British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

• British Psychoanalytic Council

• The British Psychological Society (BPS)

• General Medical Council (GMC)

• Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)

• Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPSYCH)

• UK ADHD Partnership (UKAP)

• UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

This ensures adherence to professional standards, continuing development, and high-quality care delivery.

Data Protection

We take your privacy and data protection seriously. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and comply with UK GDPR. We hold ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications for quality and information security, along with Cyber Essentials accreditation to demonstrate our commitment to cybersecurity and best practice in data handling.
